Ingredients
- Mini croissants (store bought from grocery store bakery section)

- Swiss cheese slices, cut in half diagonally
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Mayonnaise (for a healthier option with clean ingredients, I like this one)
- Dijon mustard

How to Make Mini Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches
Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet or small casserole dish with parchment paper. This will make for an easy cleanup.
Assemble Sandwiches – Slice 8 mini croissants in half horizontally. Note: I buy premade ones, but if you like to make them from scratch, go for it! For refrigerated dough, I think the best croissants in a can are either Trader Joe’s Organic Crescent Rolls or Immaculate Baking’s Croissants because both have a nice, buttery flavor, good flakiness, and are made with cleaner ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine 2T of mayo and 2T of dijion mustard. Spread mixture of mayo- mustard evenly on the under side of the top half of the croissant.
Layer a couple of slices of deli ham and a triangle slice of Swiss cheese.
Close the sandwich.

Make Garlic Butter Glaze – Melt 2 Tbsp butter, then whisk in 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
Brush over tops of croissants

Bake – Pop baking sheet in oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until croissants are golden crisp and cheese is melty. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs(optional)and serve warm.

Leftover Storage, Freezing & Reheating
Fridge:
Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days, in an airtight container to keep sandwiches fresh.
Freezer:
Freeze sandwiches individually by wrapping in foil or plastic, then put into freezer bags. Store up to 3 months. Thaw on counter before reheating.
Reheat instructions:
- Oven or toaster oven: Wrap sandwiches in tin foil reheat at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.
- Microwave: Wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Check, and if not quite heated through, continue heating in 10 second increments only to prevent sogginess.
