With only a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect snack for game day or as a holiday party appetizer.
In a crock pot, add 1lb chicken breasts and 1 cup of buffalo sauce. Tip: Since I am never sure if my guests will like super spicy dishes, I use a mild buffalo sauce. If you'd like more heat, opt for a hot buffalo sauce.
Sprinkle 1 packet of ranch seasoning over chicken and place lid on top of slow cooker.
Cook on high heat for 4-5 hours or low heat for 6-7 hours.
Once chicken is fully cooked and the interior temperature is 165 degrees, use two forks to shred the chicken.
Grab your slider buns and spread 1/2 T of dill dip on bun. Scoop 1/4 c of shredded chicken mixture on each bun and top with shredded lettuce. Replace lid of bun.
Serve on a large tray or platter. Optional: Sprinkle with additional shredded lettuce or chopped celery leaves for garnish.
