Instructions
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat 8oz softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add in 1 cup of powdered sugar and 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter to the bowl and mix well. Tip: spray measuring cup with cooking spray before adding peanut butter to prevent it from sticking to measuring cup.
Mix in 8 ounces of whipped cream until the dip fully combined.
Chop up about 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Reserve approx 2T for the topping and set aside. Fold the rest of the chopped candy into the dip. Note: I use unwrapped mini bag so I don't have to spend time unwrapping each candy, but any kind of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups will work.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with the extra chopped Reese’s that you saved, and set it out with all your favorite dippers (like Nilla Wafers, graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, etc.)
Notes
You can keep it simple or go all out with a full charcuterie dessert board of fun things to dip:

Nilla wafers
Pretzels
Apple slices
