Funfetti Cake Dip

Only 5 minutes to make, Funfetti Cake Dip tastes JUST like cake, is cool and refreshing, and is perfect served with fresh summer berries and little cookies. Great for pool parties and BBQ's.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Funfetti cake mix like this
  • 4 oz Cool Whip regular or reduced fat work approx halt the box
  • 2 containers vanilla yogurt like this kind or this kind
  • 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine 4oz (half a container) of Cool Whip and two containers of Vanilla yogurt.
  • Add 1.5 cups (approx half the box) of Funfetti cake mix.
  • Use an electric mixer and mix until everything is combined and there is no loose powder from the cake mix.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and top with some rainbow sprinkles for some extra color.
  • Serve with fresh berries and small cookies like Nilla Wafers, graham crackers or animal crackers for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in fridge in an air-tight container for up to one week.
