Need a fun holiday treat that only uses a few ingredients and can be made in just minutes? White Chocolate Covered Pretzels are just the thing! They are easy enough for kids to help make, and they make fantastic gifts for family, friends and teachers!
Break up the candy coating into chunks so it will melt faster. Using a microwave safe bowl, melt the candy coating and give it a good stir to smooth out any lumps. It takes about 60 seconds in my microwave to melt.
Separate your sprinkles and toppings into small bowls so they are easy to grab. Lay out a wax paper on a flat surface so you have a spot for your pretzels to dry.
Take a pretzel crisp and hold the edge of it between your thumb and index finger. Dip into bowl of candy coating( feel free to use a spoon to help cover the pretzel in coating if needed). Cover 1/2-2/3rds of the pretzel and shake it a bit to get off any access coating.
Place dipped pretzel on on wax paper and immediately sprinkle with toppings.
Let dry 10-15 minutes or until the candy coating hardens back up.
Transfer to plate decorative plate if serving immediately, or store in an air tight container. These will keep for up to a week.
