In a slow cooker, start with 2lbs of chicken breasts, and pour 2 cups of chicken broth over top of them.
Add 1T of brown sugar, 1t garlic powder, 1t onion powder,1 t oregano and 1t paprika.
Give everything a good stir and set it on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3 hours, or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F minimum).
Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to gently shred it.
Transfer it out of the slow cooker and into a serving dish.
White BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of mayo, 2T apple cider vinegar, 4t brown sugar, 2t dijon mustard and 1t of horseradish. Give it a good stir.
Add 1/2 t lemon juice and 1/2 t of cayenne pepper and stir until fully combined.
Serve in a small bowl with a spoon.
Notes
If you are making the chicken ahead if time, store it in an airtight container in the liquid from the slow cooker so that it maintains its moisture. You can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.You can store White BBQ Sauce the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to a week.
